Aluminium lapping film is produced using ultra-precision coating technology, wherein micron and nano-sized alumina powder is uniformly dispersed with environmentally friendly high polymer materials and coated onto the surface of high-strength thin films. The product undergoes high-precision cutting technology to achieve its final form. The product specifications offer a wide range of grit sizes from 400 to 15000, with particle sizes ranging from 45μm to 0.3μm. Grinding belt widths are available in a range of 1.2mm to 25.4mm, and lengths from 45m to 200m, with the possibility of customized products for specific customer needs.
The product features high-purity micro and sub-micron white corundum powder, which provides excellent cutting force and wear resistance. Additionally, a new type of high-polymer material with good water and alcohol resistance is used for the adhesive system.
