Diamond electroplated abrasive belts are made of diamond powder and nickel-plated as a binding agent. They consist of a backing material, a metal base, and a range of diamond coatings. The backing material and flexible metal substrate are bonded to form a ring-shaped super-hard coated abrasive. Our Flexible Diamond Belt is designed with special stainless steel, double-layer backing and high-quality diamonds to achieve excellent tempering results with minimal chipping and a very long lifespan. It is suitable for wet and polishing applications in aerospace, ceramics, glass, paper, and stone industries. Our diamond abrasives offer consistent performance, increased productivity, reduced downtime, and wear costs. Compared to conventional abrasives, they have an average life expectancy that is 1,000 times longer.
